Lowes - No One Responded to "Help Needed"
Fencing Aisle 4 in Garden Center - Complaint
SEBRING, FLORIDA -- March 9, 2013 Sebring, Fl Lowes Home and Garden Center 2 pm
Asked cashier if she could page someone for help in fencing section.
She paged - no one; paged again - no one; I walked inside and found an employee who knew nothing about fencing but asked the cashier to
page again; still no one. Half hour is unacceptable; we walked out
and went to HOME Depot for our fencing.
I have the impression LOWES is going down the tubes. Employee attitudes and "its not my job or department' doesn't work with the consumer.
We are snowbirds from Pa; we like Pioneer Creek Rv Resort and want our place to look nice so we don't mind putting money into our home but to drive the distance and no help puts a sour taste in your mouth which verBally gives bad feedback to would be customers
