Century Link - Worst customer Service Ever!

PORTLAND, OREGON -- I've made my payments on time every month via bill pay. Beginning in Dec Century Link was not applying my payments. I contacted them several times. I finally was told to set up a complaint via my bank. They determined that the money was being sent to my sister in laws acct. They accused me of setting up the wrong number first, then told me it was my banks fault. The representative was literally screaming at me. The bank investigated and it confirmed sending the correct number every month. They took ownership and will follow up with Century Link. The worst service ever by Century Link and the best service ever by my bank.
