Customer Sevice - Complaint
LEXINGTON, NORTH CAROLINA -- On 3/11/13 I placed an order for some work-out energy product from them. I called back to have this changed to once a month delivery BUT to keep my original on-line order coming. The agent was very rude and acted like I was wasting her time. NEVER once thanked me or gave a [snip].
I called back a day later as I never received log-in info for my account plus I wanted to add to my order. Was told there was no original order and to go to my manage account screen and hit "send now". When I did this it wanted my cc" again. I thought this was odd. I called CS to make sure I was not being billed twice. Was told by this agent she could see the order. I tried to find out "which" order..the original or the one from the "send now". This agent was rude also and actually YAWNED while I was talking to her !!!! Unbelievable !!!
I am from the south so I thought they had the same philosophy of friendliness and helpfulness as I did...........NOPE !! Yawning while serving a NEW customer ?? Not the best way to conduct business. Spend your hard earned money where it is appreciated, and believe me, that is NOT at Vitasux.
