Ashley Furniture - Durablend Antique sectional

CHARLOTTE, NORTH CAROLINA -- I bought an over priced sectional from Ashley Furniture and I was told it was genuine leather and I believed what the representative told me but it was blended leather, more like soft plastic. It began to peel all over for no reason, all we did was sit on it. I called Ashley and they told me that I can purchase seat covers at $160 a set cause you can't buy single cushion covers which is ridiculous, they should have replaced them for free but they were never helpful and told me I should just buy a new sectional, I found that very crazy. The sofa wasn't even a year old. That is bad business. I wouldn't recommend Ashley furniture to anyone. Bad customer service and bad merchandise.

This product should be named the durabend, not durablend, to more accurately describe the Ashley ownership experience.
