DENVER, COLORADO -- I ordered direct TV in Nov 2012. I changed locations for my job in February 2013. My condo association does not allow the dish to be installed.
Direct TV said I had to pay $400 to cancel the contract. I asked then to see the contract I supposedly signed. Their notes say they sent it out but I did not get it. When I attempted to speak with supervisors they said their system would not allow it because I had a balance on my account. This balance was not due for two more weeks. They insisted I pay it before they would talk to me. They had me on the phone for an hour, on and off holds, and I never got an answer to my question.
