Sofa - Complaint

FLORIDA -- I purchased the sofa in Florida at the Boca store. I only come to Florida about 5-6 weeks a year. The sofa cushions are discolored, the arms make noise and the cushions also are sinking. They have sent people to look at the sofa. They report that there is nothing wrong. Yet then do not sit on the sofa and see what my complains are. I have several friends buying condos in Florida.

I would NEVER recommend them to purchase anything at Rooms To Go. Nor would I advise anyone less to either.
