JONESBORO, ARKANSAS -- I bought a therapeutic mattress and support, couch and recliner. The mattress had a smell to it and it took us over four weeks to get them to exchange it and we could not get a refund we had to exchange for another mattress. We exchanged it and they took my original support because we got a new one to go with our new mattress and they never gave me credit for it. The recliner started to frail on edges.
I would not recommend Ashley's at all.
