Tabeo Support - Tabeo Tables
I have had the worse experience with Tabeo support it is completely unbelievable!!!. I sent in the Tabeo I purchased for my grandson brought for Christmas, which worked for about a month and then just died, wouldn't charge. I sent it in, never received confirmation email that it was received.
I called after 6 weeks with no Tabeo. I was informed it was received and was being looked at that was 3/4/13. now 3/15/13, still no word, after holding x 20mins plus, gentleman answered asked for my phone # and told me it shipped out on 3/5/13 and I should have received it, then placed me on hold another 10mins and came back to tell me it was attempted delivery but wrong address, he gave me a UPS tracking # and UPS phone #. I called UPS, and after holding an additional 15 mins, was told that the address was incomplete, simply said Boston, MA and the zip code...no wonder they couldn't find me!!!
She then informed me that she can't ship it to me as she cannot change address as Tabeo has it so that only they can change shipping address. I then had to call Tabeo again and held on line listening to recording for yet another 30mins and I finally get Paul, who tells me he will send out another one, but finds it very hard to believe there was no address "we ship out so many a day and they all have addresses" Are you kidding me, you really think UPS who ships many packages a day needs to make this up?? I sure do not need to make it up, I never received it, it's sitting at UPS.
The support and customer service could use a complete revamping. If Tabeo makes any future products, I would never recommend it based on the customer service alone!never mind the fact that the product has issue with screen freezing, charging sytem failures. Support personel should not doubt what customer tells them about a label that is printed out by a machine.
