ATLANTA, GEORGIA -- Spoke with billing and customer service representative 2/15. They refused to budge forcing me to pay a disputed bill. I canceled service, since the dispute was over 'package' and signed up for another. Immediately the CSR figured out that Knology f'd up. I was given a $20 credit, the disputed amount then a $30 credit as an apology.
Got bill today. Same error occurred. Called CS and got the same BS. I just didn't have another 2-hours to quibble with them.
It's funny that CSR always says they are not reading bill, but account data. When I ask how the bill is generated the answer is from the account data.
WOW this company has issues. It is there opinion that everyone is wrong. They are correct.
