Sears (Store #1427) - Extraordinary Service by Salesman Named Ray Cuevas
SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS -- I had to purchase a new hot water heater. This had created an emergency situation in my home. The sales person, Ray Cuevas, was very helpful. When it was delivered it was too big to fit the enclosure. Ray had given me his cell phone number. I called and talked to him even though he was not at work. The next day I went to him at work and he found the model recommended to me by the installer, took care of all the paper work, gave the orders for the installation to take place on Monday (they don't work on weekends), and was so helpful and comforting to me that I made it through this crisis (taking care of invalid son at home) of another couple of days without hot water. I am looking forward to it's being installed tomorrow (Monday) and hopefully things will be back to normal in my house.
I am so grateful to Ray for all his personal help and understanding. He went far beyond what was part of his job. I really don't know how you reward employees for "above and beyond" but Ray certainly deserves commendation.
