SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS -- I went to get a phone for my daughter..in Santonio store in front of South Park Mall ......they tell me..I have 30 days for a full refund if I have any problems..well the phone screen went out after 2 days..my daughter took it back..they told her she needed it to buy another phone...even if was no physical damage,,,they agree it was a defect..but nothing they can do..they lie..to make a sale...please don't get on that trap..say no Cricket....no Cricket...

Did you pay with a credit or debit card? If so you should be able to dispute the charge, on the basis of failure to honor the return policy and implied warranty.
