Citi Cards - Do What They Want and Won't Fix It

PITTSBURGH, PENNSYLVANIA -- So, about a month ago I get an email from Citi Card that says since I have reported my card lost or stolen, they have terminated the card.


I did NOT report my card lost or stolen. Yet, they won't do anything. Half their emails come back with remarks that show they did not fully read my email. They won't compensate me or anything. It is a complete hassle that I have to go to all these different companies and change my credit card number for payments. Additionally, I told them that I didn't want a new card number (meaning, I wanted them to fix their mistake), but they went and told me they canceled the shipment of the new credit card! haha so now I have no Citi card. I want to just cancel them, but I don't want it on my credit report. My husband are looking at houses and I don't want anything to lower my score!

They basically just keep telling me that they consider the issue resolved.

I wouldn't go to Citi card for anything again!
