CONNECTICUT -- I received a $10 off of $10 purchase by way of postal service. I had heard that JCP is trying to change their customer satisfaction, so thought that the reward was part of their initiative to change things. .The coupons first day of use was March 18th, so I submitted an order of $15 for a pair of mens shorts. After trying to submit the rewards # and serial # when prompted (I tried at least five times), each time I was "told" that the rewards # had expired, so I gave up for yesterday. Today, I decided to try again. The pair of shorts was still in my bag, and still said $15, but then quickly changed to $18. Really?????? Waaaaaay toooo much agravation. Next time they can keep their supposed $10 coupons. Not a good customer relations experience. Also, wanted to e-mail JCP and NO e-mail available. Arghhhh!!!!!!
