Suddenlink - Horrible Service
Cable and Internet - Complaint
TYLER, TEXAS -- We have had Suddenlink Internet and cable since August 2012. It is currently March of 2013 and our cable hasn't worked since October. We have had five different technicians come to our home to fix the issue but it has never been resolved. We still are required to pay for cable every month even though we can't watch it. Suddenlink won't reimburse us for the months without cable that we pay for until the issue is fixed, which doesn't make sense. Suddenlink also informed us that if we cancel our cable then we will still pay the same amount every month just to keep our Internet.
Suddenlink is rude when I call and they try to make me pay money just to have a technician come to our house to fix our cable (that has never worked). Our bill amount also changes every month. I would switch providers in a heartbeat but our house is only serviced by Suddenlink and dish/direct TV but we have no line of sight for these services. So, we are stuck with crappy and expensive service.
