Hotels.com - Customer Service, What's That ?
March 2nd made a reservation through Hotels.com online while at Orlando airport. Reservation was for same day in Sikeston Mo. 2 hrs from Memphis airport. Learned at boarding time that flight would be delayed several hrs. Contacted Hotels.com to cancel or transfer, there response was NO because policy stated that I would have had to cancel om March 1st to qualify for a refund. Mind you that was the day before I made the reservation. Was spoke to very rudely given 3 strikes then hung up on.
Called back on March 7 was informed that it would be taken care of and refund may take up to 3 days. March 19 no refund received, contacted Hotels.com they stated that since the hotel was paid and would not return payment Hotels.com WILL NOT give me a refund and was my fault for not reading policy closer. That is the kind of customer service you will receive from this company!
