Walmart - Horrible Customer Service
Site to Store
LAFAYETTE, COLORADO -- I placed an order through through Walmart.com. The item was delivered to the store when scheduled. When you go to pick up a site to store item, you have to push the screen on the credit card machine to call for help which I did. I waited for 15 minutes for someone to help me. You can't push the screen again until an employee resets it so I couldn't call again for help. While waiting, 2 employees walked by me without asking me if I had been helped. I had to leave. I purchased some other items and told the cashier what had happened. She acted like how dare I say something about it to her. After leaving, I called and spoke to a manager who apologized to me and offered me a $5 gift card (whoppee) for the inconvenience. I decided that I didn't want the item after all and called the store again to cancel the order. I was told I had to come back to the store and show the credit card I paid with or call Walmart.com. I called Walmart.com who called the store only to be told I had to go in the store and Walmart.com couldn't give me the refund. Totally screwed up. I have cancelled an site to store item at another store which was cancelled without my coming back in there. I don't know if it the manager or what but horrible experience which I don't care if I ever shop in that store again.
