Never Purchase Anything From Dillards Again
SERVICE - Complaint
I purchased a blouse online from Dillards. It was beautiful but too big. I put it back in the box with all tags, wrapping, etc. Then my father died and I had to leave the state, stay with my mom to assist her. After returning and getting back into a "normal" life, I sent the box off to Dillars via ups. Because it was not in their 30 day return period, they sent it back to me via fed-x.
I couldn't believe it and called customer service and they refused to accept it back. What a shame!! I spent over $600 there last year. I will never spend another dime at Dillards.
