Travelocity - Horrible Service
Questions on Booking - Complaint
I booked a cruise with Travelocity and the pricing was good. When I received the e-mailed confirmation, I noticed that it was incorrect or not totally complete. I tried getting the original agent but could not so I tried explaining the problem with a new agent. After I explained to the new agent the problem, it was clear there was no commission involved and they hung up on me! After a second attempt, it happened again. I then called the Cruise line and they helped as much as possible but ultimately I had to get the final piece of information from Travelocity. After another attempt, the call again got abruptly ended!
The agents there clearly do not want to provide customer service when no commission is there to be made! I will never, ever use them again. Life is way too short.
