Cox Communications - 3 Tries and Cox Still Can't Get It Right
Phone & Internet Connection - Complaint
ARIZONA -- Since March 4 cox had been out to fix my services. Each time I've taken 2 hours out of my time to wait for them. Today no service. I called & told them to schedule 8AM service as I would not waste another 2 hours waiting. Lady told me I could have 8 to 10 AM Appointment or she could cancel it. I told her to cancel it & I'd handle complaint with corp office. She said okay. Miserable service. Next week, after I contact their president Patrick J Esser, I will cancel Cox.
Cox has no idea what customer service is.
