Verizon - Took My Money and Now Refuse to Return It
Wireless Service - Complaint
I went in on the 20th of February and got service. Paid $800 deposit and was assured I'd have excellent signal where I live. Got home and had absolutely no signal or internet service. Returned everything the next day. I was told I had to wait a few weeks for my deposit. Called a month later and was told I had to wait for the March billing cycle to end even though I didn't have service that month. Called today and was told I had to pay taxes for February and March and was being charged $10 for the 1 phone call the in store representative made. This now brings my deposit down to $740 being returned....except now I have to wait an additional 10-12 weeks for them to issue my check. I just want my money back at this point and the customer service reps? No help at all and absolutely rude. The WORST company I have ever dealt with!
