MEMPHIS, TENNESSEE -- I wrote a review on this site about 3 weeks ago and someone contacted me via email. They didn't have the guts to call me. They seem to have a problem with calling customers that have issues. I bought the refrigerator on 12/31/2012. I have had to make 5 appointments with the Service Department. On 2 of the occasions that I was scheduled, no one came out nor did anyone call me. They have attempted to fix my ice maker on 2 occasions, even replacing it and IT STILL DOES NOT PRODUCE ICE!
I got an email indicating that they had seen my complaint on this site and that they were willing to come back out to fix the ice maker. I told them that I would not take off another minute if they could not.
