Dish Network - Dish Customer Service is Bad
Satellite - Complaint
SPARTANBURG, SOUTH CAROLINA -- Set up new services with Dish and the first Represented gave me one date and time. Then I call back because I got disconnect and tried to speak with another representative to confirm date. The second and three Rep told me that the first Rep couldn't have gave me that date. They made me feel like I was lying. I asked can they pull call or can I speak to Supervisor. The Supervisor refused to speak with me. The three Rep told me no use to talk to Supervisor he will only tell you what I'm telling you. I asked again can I speak with Supervisor. He put me on hold and wouldn't let me speak to Supervisor. I call the resolution department and he didn't want to hear anything what I stated. He just wanted to go over the date they had in the system now. He didn't even try to speak to me about the behavior of the Supervisor or Dish Represented. They made me feel as though what I had to say wasn't important. About 10 minutes later a lady calls me to confirm my appointment. She asked was this the correct day? I told her no not at first, but I will have to deal with it. She stated that you can get your money back if that's what you want.
What company would say something like this without apologizing and asking how can we make things better? The customer services here at Dish such.
