DirecTV - No Reward For Customer Loyalty
DirecTV TV Service - Complaint
HOUSTON, TEXAS -- After over 10 years with direct, we had needed to suspend our service, not cancel. Well of course it auto re instates after so long. We did not have any type of equipment to receive DirecTV. But they billed us anyway.
Upon noticing this on our statement, we called them, and spoke with a supervisor, who negotiated with us, an amount that was 1/2 of what they originally billed us for. We were fine with that accord, until we got our next statement and said we still owed $200..
We called them, and of course there is no record of any negotiated amount to settle our account.. how convenient for them.. so they are sending our account to collections, nothing else they can do.
If this is how they treat a customer of over 10 years, always paying for all the premiums to, and all the sports packs...... I feel sorry for all the new customers they may get...
