Burger King - Messed Up Order
Dinner for 3 People to Go - Complaint
SALEM, OREGON -- This complaint is for the West Salem Burger King on Wallace Road NW 3/28/2013 I ordered 2 BK stackers on a dry bun, nothing but meat, cheese & bread. Doubled checked as I paid my $$ amount and they confirmed there would be a dry bun. (I stated my son would not eat it otherwise) Other sandwich...grilled chicken with No mayonnaise with the third being the stuffed cheese burger. 3 medium orders of onion rings & 1 strawberry fruit smoothy. Even though I double checked with the cashier that my order was received correctly... this is what they sent home in the bag. Sauce on the 2 BK Stackers; grilled chicken had lots of mayonnaise... and one of the onion rings had french fries in the bottom with only a few onion rings on top. This not only displayed a lack of care.. but a laziness. Apparently someone didn't quite have enough onion rings and chose to fill the container with FF...putting a few onion rings on top. Does a customer getting an order to go have to open each and every sandwich to double check and sift through each item? My husband says he seldom will go to that establishment because they tend to be so careless, but my son wanted a stacker. He didn't eat his order because of the sauce.
We live about 8-9 miles in the country & it is not worth it to drive back into town to have them make the correction.
