Delta Airlines - Non Reactive Service
Special Needs/Wheel Chair Arrangement - Complaint
Having called well in advance for my sister and I for wheelchair assistance being put in place for our departure and arrival, on the computer, I assumed we would have no problems.
Arriving in Miami at the terminal, we waited, and waited. Even two of the driver's went in to inform them that we needed help. Well, we struggled inside the building, then help arrived. Then, being seated on the plane our seats were changed to the middle of the plane even though front seats were chosen with the customer service person. The flight attendant said she could not rearrange our seats even though the persons sitting in our reserved seats showed no obvious physical impairment. Her reason given was that the departure time had changed, therefore we lost our seating.
It was a very disappointing flight experience with the Delta company.
