Rushcard - Dispute Not Processed Correctly
On 3/1/13 I tried to make an ATM withdrawal. I received a error code 3-da015(00) and a receipt stating no money dispensed on it. I tried several more times after somone else used the same atm without a problem. I did several 100 dollar tranaction and a 160.00 with no money being despensed and the same error code. I finally did get a 100.00 whithdrawl when I looked at my balance it was minus 3/ 100.00 transctions and 1 for 160.00.
I call imediately have gotten 160.00 back but still owed 300.00 I have been sent the wrong papers, dispute was filled wrong, sent info to wrong email, then given a 10.00 credit for my trouble that they took back from my direct deposit. I now have to hire an attorney to try to get this resolved.
They are rude and each supervisor gives a different story and I have repeated the information over and over. Don't get a Rushcard.
