Multi-Dock for Tablet - Complaint

I received this product via a third party. From the day I received it the power port did not work. I invested in a new power cable thinking something in the original power cable for the Toshiba tablet was inferior. The new power cable did not work. I called Toshiba to see if there was something I was not doing to make this port work. I got a foreign representative and it was downhill from there. Poor thing had a hard time understanding why the power port failure was a problem. I kept saying; "I am sorry but I don't understand you. Please repeat what you said". This went on for at least 10 minutes while I burned up minutes on my cell phone.

It finally ended with Toshiba really couldn't handle this problem & I needed to find from the third party, find out where they got the product and then talk to those folks. I am not complaining about the run-a-round but about Toshiba outsourcing their customer service to people that can not speak good clear English.

What Toshiba has done is turn me off of any of their products and I have been a good customer in the past.
