GE Capital Consumer Cards Complaint - Watch out when you pay Via Phone or internet

SALEM, NEW HAMPSHIRE -- Watch out they have a 5:00 PM cutoff time when you pay online or the phone. Tried the online the first time they did not post the payment until the following day. They told me that it was one day late so it was reported 30 days overdue to Experian. I tried to speak/work with the Customer Service Rep but the English language was not spoken clearly . I had to speak with the Supervisor and I asked what country they were working out of the reply was India.
Now I had to ask for this guys manager because he did not speak well nor did he understand my complaint. The third manager just repeated himself so I got nowhere fast. I suggest that nobody use thsi company unless you speak Indian!
WOW this really sucks!

Or instead of warning everyone not to use this company (which I agree almost all credit card companies suck), you could do your homework and check to see when payments are transacted. Or better yet, don't leave your credit card payments until the last minute!

I would have to agree. I don't know of any company that gives you INSTANT credit for a payment made over the internet or phone. Saying that I have relized a payment was due on a card on the same day - and I had to pay the processing fee to get it posted in time.. but that was MY fault.. not the banks!
