Whirlpool Washer Broke for Over a Month
My Whirlpool washer that is still under factory warranty has been out of service for well over a month now. Two different service companies have looked at the washer, for a total of five visits and four different parts. Whirlpool customer service has no information or status on your washer - they couldn’t even tell me whom the service company was that was currently working on my case!
After half a dozen calls to the Whirlpool customer EXPERINCE center, I was also to talk to a manager; however, now after four calls Sherry or Sherri (SP) at extension 3428 will not return my phone call. Now that's bad customer service when even the manager will not return your call!
I also talked to Yvette at extension 6775 who told me that the repair of my washer was not her responsibility and hung up one me!
