Sprint - Lousy Customer Service
KENTUCKY -- Sprint's customer service just doesn't listen! The email they have listed for our account is wrong. They refuse to change it. We can't manage our account because we forgot our PIN number. We needed to block some numbers to keep some dangerous people from texting us. They did that for us but text from one of those individuals came through anyway. These are dangerous people. So we were advised to change are number. They refused to do that because the email they have on record doesn't match what we gave them. I hate Sprint!!! They don't care about their customers safety one bit and won't correct errors even if you give them the account number! Sprint sucks!
