MACON, GEORGIA -- Poor customer service. Talked to specialist at customer service two days after I signed the agreement due to poor connection set up by dish. Was told I needed a hopper. These are free at sign up, but never heard hopper mentioned while setting up service with representative for dish. I told them to send me the free hooper but was told since I already had service that would be an upgrade and $250.00. Then we had to have the service the out again because the original installation was not done properly, that is $50.00 to pay for there mistake. No compromise just pay the money.

It is going to be a long two years but the local office will know me by sight as I will visit there office with each time a problem occurs. Pretty soon they will treat me as a customer not as a cash cow. Please avoid dish TV if at all possible.
