SUMNER, WASHINGTON -- This dealership has the utmost disrespect for its customers I have ever encountered. We purchased a beautiful vehicle and had terrific customer service, as soon as they had our money that went down the tubes. They took 33 days to pay off our trade in, resulting in finance charges. We spent hours on hold with a finance manager only to discover he had better things to do and began helping another customer. The entire staff was rude, disrespectful and even laughed at us when we were upset that they hadn't sent the check for the trade in as promised.

Horrible customer service, they wouldn't even give us gas for the new car or an owners manual after we spent 24,000 dollars. Save your money and your sanity, go somewhere else!
