Proflowers.com Complaint - Valentine's Day Disappointment!!!!
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA -- My wonderful husband placed an order on January 26, 2006 for a Valentine's Day delivery and of course Proflowers "guaranteed" delivery on the 14th. Needless to say, the 14th came but no flowers. My husband called to find out what happened and they blamed UPS for not picking up the order but promised that it would be delivered today the 15th. Once again, no flowers! My husband called again and they said oh well UPS had lost a bunch of orders but for sure I would get it tomorrow - two days after Valentine's Day! I have since cancelled two pending orders with them and will NEVER order from them again.
