Both Product and Service - Complaint
COLUMBUS, OHIO -- Hello, I went with my husband to this store. We gave a coupon for a breakfast sandwich bogo, and the girl had to change places with another because she didn't know how to ring it up. We ordered other items including cinnabon cinnamon rolls. It was when we got the total, we looked up at the menu board and there were NO PRICES WHAT SO EVER ON ANY ITEM LISTED.
It was at least a 7 minute wait on food, that came back that the sandwiches were lukewarm, and the cinnabons were doughy in the middle more than normal, and the bottom was harder than day old bread.
A lady behind us also had a very bad experience of butter they didn't have for her pancakes, and was not even given an apology for it.
We drove around the building and saw that all prices were listed for the drive thru panels. What gives? Are we supposed to guess at prices, or isn't the old policy of if the price isn't listed YOU GET IT FOR FREE????!!
