Grand Furniture - Run Away

CHESAPEAKE, VIRGINIA -- I Had been dealing with Grand furniture store for 2 or 3 months, I went back and added almost $3,000 worth of furniture to my already established account, which had been paid on time. I ordered furniture that was promised in 10 days. After the 16th day they called for delivery 20 hours ahead of time in, which my working schedule could not fit a delivery window from 11am - 3pm.

So now I'm waiting on management that has done nothing so far to correct the situation, because only the manager can reschedule?? Just because its a million dollar chain store doesn't mean it isn't fraud!!! Not satisfied at all, even though my payment is due in a few days. I will never give them any of my hard earned money any more.

Don't do business with them, they don't appreciate their customers.
