Whirlpool White Ice Appliances - Complaint
We bought all brand new appliances from Whirlpool. We really like them, but I do wish we hadn't bought them. We submitted our rebate form within 2 weeks of purchase. We received a post card saying that the date of purchase was not valid for the rebate, which was not true as we purchased on the last date of the rebate. The post card came at the end of March. I didn't get around to calling until today and they said that since I didn't call within 60 days of the purchase they could not give me my rebate. They didn't have the serial numbers but they never contacted me. So we are out 400 dollars because these inefficient people told me the wrong reason I was being denied my rebate.
They suck and I will never purchase Whirlpool again.
