Dish Network - Horrible Experience!!!
Installation and Service
NEW JERSEY -- Signed up for DISH. Requested first appointment at 8am. installer comes at 1030 with dirty shoes and not shoe covers and can't take off shoes because of policy. After 20 minutes says he can't do install because it is raining. I asked him why he didn't just cancel so I didn't have to miss work since it was raining when he called me at 8am. no valid response.
I reschedule for 1 week later again miss half day at work and request 1st appointment. They said 8-12 and will try request first appointment. installer shows up at 1230 and says he can't do it since TV's are on the wall and he can't fish wires. How is he going to install the whole Dish Network without fishing any wires???
I call speak to supervisor. They apologize and request first appointment again next day. No one shows up and/or calls. When I call them they said appointment did not show up in the computer.
So lesson learned. Canceled my service. It took them 3 tries to install and totally failed and hand no excuse or even offered credits for the disturbance of homeowner schedule for 3 days.
Been a Cablevision customer for 5 years never had issue in installation, connection, service, etc.
