Dish Network - Cancellation Fee Charged When They Couldn't Get a Signal at New Place
Moved to New place.... No Signal - Complaint
KANSAS CITY, MISSOURI -- I moved to a larger place in December 2012 and my new place the Dish Network tech came out and couldn't get a signal...my new place is north facing...He wrote up a report stating north facing balcony and no line of sight; Dish is still insisting I pay and have turned my account over for collection for the $200 cancellation fee; even though I wanted to keep the service but they were unable to get a signal...therefore, no service. Spoke to numerous people and even asked for a Manager, Darrell operator #H7V he refused to give me a last name. But said I was still responsible the $200 cancellation fee even if they couldn't get a signal...This is outrageous...and is completely unethical, and a total rip-off.....
I would never recommend Dish Network to anyone....!
