Net Spend/Turbo Tax - Turbo Tax response to Netspend problems

o _George F-Alright, so just to make sure I understand the issue correctly, you are haven't received your NetSpend card yet, is that correct?

o_George FAlright Lisa, I am sorry this has been causing you some trouble and understand your frustration, but I am more than happy to look into this and get us pointed in the right direction here. So let's get started in getting this issue resolved. So what we need to do is contact NetSpend directly. Their phone number is 1-855-646-8848
oLisa-I have contacted NetSpend directly multiple times. They have claimed problems with the mail. I am very nervous now as the company has received bad reviews and there is a potential class action lawsuit against NetSpend.
o_George F-Have they sent out a second card?
oLisa-Not yet. They are claiming I should have it soon. I am willing to contact them again and discuss. Or I am willing to wait, say to next Monday to see if the card arrives.

oLisa-Is there anything Turbo Tax can do if I do not receive the card?
