Dish Network - Customer Service Sucks
SAN DIEGO, CALIFORNIA -- I just called Dish inquiring about my increase in my bill and they were quick to tell me that its because their promo which is supposed to be for one year only is done. I told them that my discount did not start right away but the customer service did not care to look or explain. I was also told that cancellation is $210 for the next 12 months remaining. They are so inconsiderate! Actually, what I remember is 18 months of discount not one year. I will do my research but they are so rude! I will never go to this company again!!!!
