Maiden Form - Poor Inventory and Even Worse Customer Service

FAYETTEVILLE, NORTH CAROLINA -- Ordered 2 pair of underwear and a swimsuit on line. The underwear came, but, the swimsuit didn't. The statement stated "we must have made a mistake".
When I made numerous attempts at calling "customer service", I could never get a real person. The ask that you leave a message and they'll call back within 2 business days.
I also signed up for frequent buyer program at their store. It took the clerk 20 minutes to input all my info. After all that, the website won't link to the info put in.
Just all around bad experience.

Dispute the charge with your credit card.
