T-Mobile - Mislead and Deceived
Every Department They Have - Complaint
T-Mobile have the most unprofessional people representing their company. They have no care in the world for the customer. They lied to us about our services, we were quoted one thing and got something else. I was told do this and then come to find out it couldn't be done. I called for 9 days straight to try and solve the issue, got no results. I was transferred to so many time it was crazy and when I connected to that department they had no idea why the previous representative transferred me. So I had to explain over and over again it was sicking. By the time I finish with them I may have talked to 30-40 people in a 9day period. NO RESULTS!!!!!
So I canceled the services before I even got a chance to use it. So now they wanna hold my money hostage until I get the bill and it has to show 0 balance and 0 usage... I don't see how it should accumulate any charges or usages considering we never received our phones!!!! Very sad to see people take advantage of everyday hard working people. So because of the ignorance of these sales Reps my family was inconvienced.
