Attitude of Order Person and Quality of Product - Complaint
BONHAM, TEXAS -- Today on the way to my farm/ranch acres I stopped and ordered a chicken breast meal to go. It was almost noon and there were only 2 customers, myself and one other person. The person who too my order had a very bad attitude, I finally told her I did not come into this place to argue. I paid, took my order and left.
When I got to my country place I opened my lunch to discover there was no fork or spoon to eat the mashed potato's or slaw, also there was no napkin so I started to eat the breast with my fingers to discover the tiniest breast I had ever been aware of, it was mostly bone with hardly any meat on the rib bones. Terrible service with a terrible product is a strong indication KFC is in trouble in marketing and product. I speak with authority as I am a retired Sr Manager with a major corporation who was over sales training and more.
