Resolution Update on 05/01/2013:
Cindy Freiman the Public Relations lady at Dominion lending went above and beyond to make sure that my concern was addressed. In fairness I did not give Cindy Freiman much time to investigate the issue before I started posting that there was an issue. So please be aware that Cindy Freiman e mailed me and this matter is now resolved 100% completely.
SUMMERSIDE -- Wayne employed by Dominion Lending agency has contacted several times about our mortgage. We kept telling him we like doing our business with who we were. However on one of his calls we were considering re mortgaging our farm in Fortune, PEI. Wayne was all over it, he wanted to help us. He asked to meet us since he was so far away we waited til he had business on this end of the island to meet him. We met discussed details, and waited to hear from him. We did hear back and was told he had a lender lined up and all we had to do was pay and appraisal on the property and we get 40% of the equity in a loan which we did.

Wayne called up and said we were ready to sign papers and again we waited til he had business closer to us met again at a diner then signed papers. Quite a time goes buy then we finally contact Wayne to see what is going on, he advised his lender is ignoring him and he was not prepared to invest another moment into this and to see another lender, which we did.

Then 48 hours later we receive word from Wayne the lender was not ignoring but was on vacation, we advised we had already taken his advice but would still conclude the deal. 24 hours later we receive another e mail saying that since we took his advice and made an appt to another lender the deal was off. This is where things went crazy. Wayne started e mailing us about his wasted time, I asked him not to e mail me, or us we were going to make a formal complaint let it be handle properly.

Then we started getting more e mails saying how he had to drive 60 miles to come see us, his bill at Red's the first time was 5$ and the second $3 even though he dosen't drink coffee ??

I have never seen the low level of professionalism he has shown finally I had to say any more e mails I will contact the police.

I don't know Jon or this Wayne guy but Jon has posted links to this all over facebook, including and not limited to peoples personal business pages who have nothing to do with him, Wayne, Dominion or PEI....

Cindy Freiman contacted me directly and took the time to listen to my complaint, rather then just dismiss it as unfounded she listened to me and addressed my concern and also advised that I did not give her much time to look into the matter before I began thinking I was being ignored, So thank you Cindy Freiman and may we both learn from the matter and go forward, thanks.
