Time Warner Cable - Poor Service and Cannot Get Refund
Customer Service - Complaint
KENTUCKY -- I was a TWC customer for over 10 yrs. Lived in big city then moved 50 miles from the city to small town USA. Took TWC with me. You would have thought we moved to a third world country. TWC told us they serviced the area we moved to, but failed to tell us the technology they had in that area was lets say 1970 vintage.
Well after less then a year we threw in the towel. In early Feb 2013 we dropped TWC. We turned in our vintage equipment and waited for our refund. It is now 4/27 and after three calls to customer service and 5 live chats with TWC we still have not seen our refund. Every time I talk to a customer service representative they tell me it's coming soon. If I would have told them that over the ten years my payment is coming soon they would have taken only a couple hours to disconnect my service.
Lets' just say TWC will never get any of our money again.
