Dunkin Donuts Complaint - Coupon Use
LONGWOOD, FLORIDA -- On Feb. 18th my daughter and I went into our local Dunkin Donuts and I had coupons to use. The coupons state "one coupon per customer per order" I gave my daughter her coupon and she ordered. When I ordered and tried to pay for mine with a coupon I was told that I couldn't use a page from the same book.
This sounds so trivial, but when a company has a policy and it is not stated on said "coupon" how do they expect to enforce it. What ever happened to "the customer is always right." (probably doesn't apply to all situations, but to this one it does) Besides NEVER going back to that particular location.
I will contact the manager of the store and file a complaint. Any ideas on getting my message to the very top?
