Total Dental Administrators - Failure to Pay Balance of Bill or to Respond to My Inquiry

PHOENIX, ARIZONA -- Over a year ago my husband went to Bright Now Dental to have some work done. We paid the bill in full. TDA was to paid the balance. Starting this year we have been receiving billing for a remainder of $46.00 that that TDA has not paid. Bright Now Dental is not asking us for the money but they keep sending us this bill. I have contacted them through the mail and their response has been they have to do this since the insurance has not paid the balance.
I have contacted the TDA regarding this issue. They have chosen not to
respond to my inquiry.
