ZooStores - Bad Customer Service
Kitchen Island - Complaint
I ordered a kitchen island from ZooStores and my credit card was charged the next day. I received an email confirming my order and it said I should receive a shipping confirmation shortly. After two weeks without hearing anything I called customer service and they said it should only be another week and that the item was back-ordered. After 3 more weeks I tried to call again to cancel the order. The hours for the customer service calling hours on the website say 8-5 M-F but I have not been able to reach anyone!
I have called throughout the day and I get the same message that says the call center is currently closed. I sent an email requesting a refund but I have not heard back yet. :(
