Napster Complaint - Napster is holding me hostage!!!
FORT LAUDERDALE, FLORIDA -- I joined Napster only because it was a package deal with my Bellsouth DSL service. At first it was okay, but I then found the format difficult to get the music you wanted. I purchased a few songs, only to have to purchase them over again.
I tried to cancel many times via email, website and telephone. All extremely hard to get through. First canceling on the website refers you to call the (awful) customer disservice. Call the customer disserve and you get wait times of over a hour. Choose the cancelation option off the menu and you get you must speak to a customer disservice member. Then you get to wait for 60 minutes or more to speak to person that challenges everything you say. Send a email and you are forced to call Customer Disservice.
Meantime, Napster is taking money out of my account via Paypal. I can not even choose the option to disable payment.
Napster is holding me hostage!!!
