TUCSON, ARIZONA -- Yikes-a business so soulless that you'd be better off dealing with an automated menu. We just went to check our seats at the new season venue at Centennial Hall. BT folks were completely unprepared, uninterested, unhelpful, un-you name it. Waited in line for nearly 30 minutes just to find out which seats we had, since they didn't mail them to us, a wait made longer when they let the guy behind us cut to the front of the line because he was so irritated, where he then stood bragging about how his attitude got him special treatment. BT's response? Take one of the 3 reps off the line for the rest of the time we were waiting to pacify and then chit-chat with him while we waited for the now 2 reps.

Oh, and did I mention our seats, after maybe 7 seasons? Row E to row P. Not kidding. Now we're the ones who are uninterested. And heading to Gammage next season. Needing to stay local? You'll get better seats buying them individually, and often discounted.

Once you're a season subscriber, there's no reason to treat you well. Glad there are other options.
